The electricity distribution companies (DisCos) in Nigeria especially the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) are fraudsters.

Information reaching the Viewers Corner News from our correspondent in Warri, Delta state of Nigeria revealed that the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) are scamming their subscribers. They will not provide electricity to the people of the state, most especially in Asaba town which is the state capital. Instead, they will wait until it is time to bring the bill, and then they will bring the light for that particular period. Immediately after that bill is settled, the light will go off until the next time to pay another bill. The people have been complaining, but nothing has been done to improve the situation. The Viewers Corner News team is appealing to the electricity distribution companies (DisCos) in Nigeria especially the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) to change their ways. What they are doing is the same as fraud. The sad aspect of it is that when they send you a bill and you fail to pay, their workers will disconnect your electricity supply and to have it back, you would pay a reconnection fee which is bad. Again, the Viewers Corner News team is calling on all eligible voters in Nigeria to collect their Permanent Voters Cards and vote for Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party because we believe that when he becomes the president of Nigeria, there will be lots of changes in every aspect of the economy. Corruption in the electricity distribution companies (DisCos) will be eradicated. Meaning that electricity issues are going to be history in the country. So get your Permanent Voters Cards and vote for Mr Peter Obi to become the next president of Nigeria.
