Since president Buhari and his government took over the affairs of the country (Nigeria), so many hidden words are coming out from Nigerians, Speaker Yakubu Dogara said recently that padding is not an offence. This statement is laughable, if it is not an offence as he allegedly mentioned and he manipulated the budget with his group assuming, this is punishable if found guilty. Our (Viewers Corner News) findings revealed that Speaker Yakubu Dogara did not act alone as alleged, he did the padding with other members of his group who do not have the interest of Nigerians at heart.
