The recent election held in Zambia did not go down well with the opposition leader, Hakainde Hichilema who claimed to have won the election which president Edgar Lungu and his group rigged. The opposition leader said he was very sure that the election went in his favour but the manipulations and power of incumbent president (Edgar Lungu) blocked his bid from taken the mandate. This system is very common in the continent of Africa, whether it is true or not, whoever that lost in any election would always not agree with the election results but since democracy told us to use dialogue to pursue our case when we feel that our rights have been violated then it is alright. This is part of what democracy is all about but please as you (Hakaminde Hichilema) pursue your struggle through the court of law, let there be no violence because at the end assuming violence occur which we do not pray for, innocent lives may be lost if not handled with care and wisdom.
Viewers Corner News and the advisory team would suggest that you obey the judgement of the court once a decision is reached, no violence please and if you lose now, you can try again because election would always be held after every specified period of time. Please be a gentleman that you are and support president Edgar Lungu to build a successful system that would create growth for the economy of the country (Zambia).
