WHY WOULD THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC) REFER ONLY UGANDA AND DJIBOUTI TO THE UNITED NATION SECURITY COUNCIL? ARE THERE BEING FAIR?

Omar Al-Bashir, the president of Sudan has been wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for all the atrocities he allegedly committed in Sudan where thousands of innocent citizens were brutally murdered and since then, this man has been travelling to different countries of the world without no arrest made. Not too long ago, Omar Al-Bashir visited Uganda and Djibouti and as a result of that, the International Criminal Court (ICC) is referring these two countries to the United Nation security council. The reason for this was that Omar Al-Bashir should have been arrested when he visited their countries and hand him over to the International Criminal Court (ICC). We ask, how possible can that be? The president of Sudan Omar Al-Bashir had visited lots of countries in the past and no arrest were made so, why did ICC refer only these two countries (Uganda and Djibouti) to United Nation security council?
We (Viewers Corner News and the advisory team) would advise the International Criminal Court (ICC) to review their laws which would grant them more powers to go after any citizen of the world which they are looking for, this is the only way someone like Omar AL-Bashir can be arrested. He should explain to the world what happened, how it happened and also what he knew about the atrocities committed in his country (Sudan) because no one has right to kill anyone just like that, these are human beings that should not have been killed. Therefore the world demand an answer from Omar Al-Bashir, we also believe that no matter how long it may take someday he would be arrested and brought to book.
