WHY WOULD NIGERIA IMPORT FUEL FROM NIGER REPUBLIC AND BE PROUD OF THAT?

Information reaching Viewers Corner News from our correspondent in Abuja (Nigeria) revealed that Mr Timipre Sylva who is the minister of state for petroleum said that Nigeria as a country should be proud for importing fuel from Niger Republic. What a reckless statement. This statement showed that some of these ministers who are managing various ministries in president Buhari’s government are incompetent group of people. Nigeria as a country has all it takes to produce her own fuel to the final stage rather than importing it from a neighbouring country (Niger Republic). If import is to be carried out, it should be on other areas of needs and not fuel. Viewers Corner News team is appealing to President Buhari’s government to go back to the drawing table and figure out where things went wrong in the country (Nigeria) and have it fixed for the benefits of the people of Nigeria. The country (Nigeria) is blessed with lots of natural resources which leaders of the country should use to make great things from. There are so many things Nigeria as a country does not need other countries of the world to do for her, if leaders of Nigeria should look within the country, they could find solution on how to get those things sorted out nicely. Less dependant on foreign items would go a long way in saving the country (Nigeria) from throwing away her hard earned foreign exchange which should be reserved and used at the right time. More on this topic would come in our (Viewers Corner News) next article.
