Even though the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria is a failed party which they are and shall remain so until reforms are carried out within the party (PDP) where majority of those corrupt individuals who participated in the destruction of Nigeria are benched and new breeds of politicians brought into the party (PDP) to take leadership roles, the party (PDP) will remain in opposition for a very long time to come. It is only normal that after working so hard for what you believe in, at the end you are expected to start enjoying the benefits of your labour.
What Viewers Corner News team is trying to express here is that Mr Ahmed Makarfi worked so hard in the past with his group to keep Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) alive. In our (Viewers Corner News team) opinion, he is the right person to stand as the leader of the party (PDP). If PDP supporters are looking for a candidate, it should be Ahmed Markafi because without him and few others who went through different court cases to make sure that PDP is alive, the party (PDP) would have been history by now. It does not make any sense for Mr Atiku Abubakar to be emotional when he went to pick his form and declaring officially to run for the office of the president under PDP. Desperation to lead Nigeria would always fail Mr Atiku Abubakar’s chances of being the president of Nigeria. Right now, he can not win the primary of PDP, he is far away from it believe it or not, that is the truth and nothing but the truth.
The senate president (Dr. Bukola Saraki) of Nigeria who has lots of issues with majority of Nigerians can not win PDP primary no matter how hard he may try, but then assuming he finally wins PDP primary, majority of Nigerians would not want to vote for him to lead the country (Nigeria). His past records are not encouraging and the worst among them is the Offa bank robbery incident that 9 police officers and 23 other innocent Nigerians lost their lives which his alleged thugs carried out in Kwara state (Nigeria) and up till now, the Nigerian police is not saying anything concerning the case. Believe it or not, this Offa bank robbery incident in Kwara state (Nigeria) shall be used to campaign against Dr Bukola Saraki when the election campaign begins which is going to be damaging. Mr Rabiu Kwankwaso may be controlling huge crowd for now but he will never be a match to president Buhari no matter the tactics he employs for his election campaign.
No matter how people feel about Mr Ahmed Makarfi, he is the right person under Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria to be the flag bearer of his party (PDP) except he is not interested in contesting for the presidency.
