Some Nigerians are so carried away most times and always sympathizing for Nigerian politicians who do not care about their welfare when other Nigerians attack them. The politicians in Nigeria always know that no matter how bad they may be, some Nigerians would always come to their rescue and that is why leaders in authority would always want to destroy the economy of the country (Nigeria) through diverting the national resources of Nigeria to their private use and still go free. Even if Nigerians know those who are ruining the country (Nigeria), the moment any group would want to act in an aggressive manner against such politician in the country (Nigeria), others would begin to show sympathy for that corrupt politician. That is why up till today Nigerian politicians would steal from the treasury of the country (Nigeria) with impunity and still nothing would happen because they would always get people across Nigeria who would support them. The above analysis is a general one. In as much as we (Viewers Corner News team) condemn the humiliation given to senator Ike Ekweremadu in Germany on Saturday, 17th August 2019, we (Viewers Corner News team) on the other hand condemn the federal government of Nigeria and the southeast leaders for not doing enough to put an end to the killings, unemployment and corruption in the country (Nigeria). Again, those Viewers Corner News correspondent in Germany spoke with said that they are aware of few good things senator Ike Ekweremadu did for the people of southeast but not enough compared to his corrupt practices with other southeast leaders in Nigeria. They also alleged that senator Ike Ekweremadu looks humble but has lots of skeletons in his cupboard and not as clean as people thought he is. They have no choice than to attack him and doing so would send a clear message to other politicians in Nigeria most especially the southeast leaders in the country (Nigeria). They also told our (Viewers Corner News) correspondent in Germany that Nigerian politicians have mansions bought for their families in most cities across the world including senator Ike Ekweremadu while majority of Nigerians who have no one to speak for them in Nigeria still finds it very difficult to earn a living which is bad. All these were part of the reasons they attacked senator Ike Ekweremadu. We (Viewers Corner News team) are calling on the federal government of Nigeria to address the issue of unemployment and killings of innocent people of Nigeria. Things are getting out of hand, solution should be found to save the ailing situation of the country (Nigeria).
