Viewers Corner News correspondent learned that the United States prosecutors have dropped all charges against Jussie Smollett. Although the charges have been dropped, many people including the mayor of Chicago and police superintendent still believe that the actor staged an attack on himself, that he lied about being a victim of a racist and anti-gay attack. Our correspondent also learned that Jessie Smollett will do community service and forfeit the $10,000 he paid to get out of jail in return for dismissing the case. On January 29, Smollett reported that two masked men assaulted him on his way home from a sandwich shop in downtown Chicago. Authorities alleged that Smollett arranged the attack and charged him with 16 felony counts for making a false report.
