TWENTY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ARRESTED BY TURKEY OVER SUSPECTED LINKS WITH ISLAMIC STATE.

It was reported that Turkish authority has arrested twenty people suspected of having links with the Islamic state. Our correspondent in Ankara learned that the suspects were foreigners and were detained in Ankara by anti-terrorism police. As at the time of this report, the information about the suspects’ nationalities were not known. The arrest came a day after the United States announced that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi (Islamic State leader) was killed in a U.S raid in Syria.
