TWELVE SUSPECTED ISLAMIC STATE JIHADISTS HAVE BEEN ARRESTED IN ANKARA BY TURKISH POLICE.

Twelve suspected members of Islamic State group were on Monday, March 5, 2018 arrested in Ankara by Turkish police. The arrest was made some hours after the United States embassy in the country announced it would remain closed for the day due to a security threat, that only emergency services will be provided. According to the report, those arrested were among the twenty people the Ankara state prosecutors’ office issued their detention warrants. Our correspondent also learned that those suspects are foreign citizens planning to recruit new members into the terrorist organization.
