Success they say depend on hard work. When Peoples Democratic Party (P.D.P) of Nigeria was in power, most Nigerian businessmen never knew that a day of reckoning would come which has contributed to why most of them failed because once that easy way of getting money sleeps away from them, they automatically go down immediately with their followers rather than diversifying and putting their money into a more lucrative ventures when the going was good. Such condition is what majority get when they are not doing things right most times. We (Viewers Corner News team) are saying so because Mr. Emeka Offor who was controlling billions of money and financing the Peoples Democratic Party (P.D.P) of Nigeria as alleged should not have been broke so easily if he had done his home work the right way. Honestly we (Viewers Corner News team) are more concerned now about those Nigerians working in his establishment who are definitely going to lose their jobs because easy contracts are no longer coming the company’s way anymore. All over the world, companies do collapse or file for insolvency which is normal but in Nigeria and other third world countries, it affects businesses so hard when they are faced with such conditions because of not knowing what to do at the right time and at the end the poor Nigerian workers would lose their jobs, feeding their families becomes a huge problem. On this note we (Viewers Corner News and the advisory team) are appealing to the Nigerian government to work out a program that would assist companies in Nigeria from going out of service completely because if such situation happens like we have seen in Emeka Offor’s company, those affected workers and their families would face severe economy hardship as that may be the only source of income for their families. Again under that condition of any company collapsing, the agency of the federal government could make a take-over bid and get more competent managers to run the company depending on the situation of that company thereby saving the workers from losing their jobs. Such system can also help the federal government of Nigeria in a more positive way. We (Viewers Corner News and the advisory team) shall give a more comprehensive lecture on this topic in our future article.
