Any government anywhere in the world that can not protect her citizens should be voted out of office no matter the good works being carried out either by the state or federal government. The lives of every citizen matters a lot and no ethnic group anywhere in the world should take the law in their own hands to invade another community be it in Nigeria or any other place in the world, this is unacceptable and a sin against God and man. The Fulani Herdsmen have made Enugu state their target, this is not the first time such attack on innocent lives have taken place, it has happened before and now is happening again. Our question is this, what is the state government doing to put an end to this terrible atrocities?
Viewers Corner News team would suggest that Enugu state government should sign into law the establishment of a strong vigilante group in the state to assist the Nigerian police, these vigilante group should be in all the communities in Enugu state fully armed, this is the only way such atrocities would be stopped. The vigilante group should also act in accordance with the rule of law and should be in the community at all times. Again Viewers Corner News and the advisory team is appealing to president Buhari and his government to make security their first priority in the country because the lives of innocent citizens of Nigeria who are being killed by these Fulani Herdsmen has become a daily activity for them. The state and federal government should condemn the attitude of this Fulani Herdsmen in the strongest term because no one has the right to kill another human being who have not committed any offence against anyone. Why would this group called Fulani Herdsmen take the killing of human beings as hobby, this is wrong and also a sin against God Almighty therefore the government should place more emphasis on security issues in the country (Nigeria). Seriously enough is enough and if the Fulani Herdsmen can not conduct themselves properly in Enugu state then they should leave the state immediately instead of creating more pains and hardship for the people who are trying to make a living for themselves.
