The California couple, David Allen Turpin (57 years) and Louise Anna Turpin (49 years) were recently arrested after police rescued their 13 malnourished children chained in their California home. According to the information our correspondent gathered, Police discovered this after the couple’s 17-year-old girl escaped their house in Perris and called the police on Sunday, January 14, 2018 with the mobile phone she found in the house.
Some of the children were chained to beds and the children’s age ranges from 2 years to 29 years. The couple have been charged for torture and child endangerment, they were to be granted bail on $9 million each.
