THESE ARE THE FIGURES ALLEGEDLY SPENT BETWEEN 2010 TO 2014 (2010: 820 BILLION NAIRA, 2011: 910 BILLION NAIRA, 2012: 860 BILLION NAIRA, 2013: 920 BILLION NAIRA, 2014: 920 BILLION NAIRA) TO PURCHASE WEAPONS AND UPGRADE THE NIGERIAN MILITARY WHICH WERE NEVER BOUGHT BUT PRESUMABLY WENT INTO THE POCKETS OF THE PAST LEADERS.

Corruption is a social epidemic which is capable of destroying a whole nation and her citizens if not controlled, so we (Viewers Corner News team) are appealing to president Buhari not to give up in the fight to get this deadly disease completely removed from Nigeria system. In 2010, over 820 billion Naira, 2011: 910 billion Naira, 2012: 860 billion Naira, 2013: 920 billion Naira, 2014: 920 billion Naira were alleged to have been budgeted to equip the Nigerian military based on the information we (Viewers Corner News team) got from our source in Nigeria but the surprising aspect of it all is that these weapons were not bought, meaning that those billions of hard earned Nigeria money went into the pockets of the past leaders in Nigeria. Honestly, it is time for Nigerian voters to have a rethink before casting their votes for any politician. Nigerians should think about what these huge sum of money would have done if they were to be invested into the economy of Nigeria but few individuals who were in power then and who did not care about the welfare of the Nigerian people allegedly took the money and share among themselves leaving the rest Nigerians to suffer economic hardship.
Now that the country (Nigeria) is heading towards election, we (Viewers Corner News team) are appealing to all Nigerian voters to kindly remove sentiment and vote for who would have the job done properly which shall bring benefits to all Nigerians.
