Yusuf Maitama Sule is an elder statesman and a great politician of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. His recent statement is an interesting one which he suggested that any politician or public office holder who is convicted of looting the treasury of the country (Nigeria) should be banned from politics in Nigeria, this is a good suggestion which should be looked into. We say so because the havoc caused by some greedy Nigerian politicians in the country is the reason Nigeria as a great nation is not moving forward therefore a measure should be in place to control the excesses of these corrupt Nigerian politicians because the ordinary Nigerians have suffered more than enough in the hands of these corrupt politicians. Now is the time to say no to their looting habit which has created severe hardships in the country.
