Viewers Corner’s source in Jerusalem (Israel) informed us that Silvan Shalom, the Israeli Vice Prime has stepped down recently following allegations against him that he had harassed several women sexually. According to report, the country’s (Israel) attorney general gave police instruction to investigate on the allegations which was brought against Mr Silvan Shalom who once served as the Israeli interior minister and also foreign minister. The former Vice Prime Minister said that he decided to resign from his office so that the allegations will not have negative impact on his family.
In 2007, the Israeli ex-president, Moshe Katsav who was forced out of office was later sentenced to seven years in prison for raping his aide when he was a cabinet member in 1990’s. Moshe Katsav also sexually assaulted two women who worked in his office when he was the country’s President.
