The United States of America does not endorse the International Criminal Court (ICC), according to one top official of the United States of America.

We are asking the third-world countries, especially countries on the continent of Africa, why they are still members of the International Criminal Court. An organization that was allegedly established to hurt and control leaders of third-world countries. We had expected them to leave such an organization that does not believe in equality and fairness. An organization that treats some leaders as untouchables and others as less or nothing. Now hear this: when a leader in a third-world country is speaking the truth, especially on issues that would not be favourable to some advanced countries of the world, the West and the United States of America would term such a person a bad leader who should be prosecuted by the ICC, which they do not endorse. But when it comes to their own leaders who might have committed atrocities against humanity and who should also be tried at the International Criminal Court, then their government would protect such leaders. This is a double standard and should be condemned completely. Another top official of the International Criminal Court alleged that the ICC was established to fight and control the leaders in third world countries, especially on the continent of Africa. At this point, we are appealing to countries on the continent of Africa to review their agreement with the International Criminal Court and see if they truly need to belong to such an organization that has not been fair to them.
