THE SOUTH CAROLINA LEGISLATURE HAS PASSED A BILL BANNING ABORTIONS AFTER 19 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY

Viewers Corner News correspondent in Columbia learnt that the South Carolina legislature has passed a bill on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 banning abortions after 19 weeks of pregnancy. This bill is an exception if the mother’s life is at risk but stripped exceptions for victims of rape and incest. South Carolina is now the 17th state in the United States to approve such ban and according to report, the bill which was sponsored by a Republican Representative, Wendy Nanney would be signed later by the state (South Carolina) governor, Nikki Haley.
