Viewers Corner News gathered that the recent Baghdad bombings which was carried out overnight by the Islamic State have killed not less than 120 people and seriously injured over 200 people. According to the information, a refrigerator truck packed with explosives blew up in the central district of Karrada on Sunday killing more than 115 people and injuring at least 200 and it is the deadliest attack this year. The second attack is a roadside bomb which blew up around midnight at the market in al-Shaab (a Shi’ite district in the northern part of Baghdad) killing at least two people. The Islamic state has claimed responsible for the attack saying that the blast was a suicide bombing. Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi also declared a three day mourning for the victims.
