Abdulrasheed Maina, the ex-pension fund boss has been accused of embezzling billions of money belonging to the pension fund of Nigeria but his recent statement from his hideout revealed that he has never acted alone, though not a saint but did not steal money as people thought. He is demanding protection from the federal government of Nigeria because he is scared that if he comes out from his hideout, those big names he allegedly embezzled the huge sums of money with may kill him because they would not want their names leaked to the Nigerian public and the world in general. Based on this simple fact which seems to be true, Viewers Corner News and the advisory team is appealing to president Buhari to grant Mr Abdulrasheed Maina (the ex-pension fund boss) the protection he is asking for. It is only through that aspect Nigerians and the world would know the truth. Again let there be no cover up on this Abdulrasheed Maina’s issue. The truth has to be told and anyone who is involved in this alleged crime no matter the person’s position in the country (Nigeria) should face the law. This is the only way a healthy society can be built. Honestly, the level of this alleged crime committed by Abdulrasheed Maina (the ex-pension fund boss) and his group was huge and it is only president Buhari and his government that can get this issue sorted out properly. If not those pretending to be loyal to president Buhari would treat the matter as normal and report to president Buhari that all is well like they have been doing, therefore we (Viewers Corner News and the advisory team) are pleading with president Buhari to personally look into this issue as the trusted president of Nigeria. Look at the country (Nigeria), before president Buhari came to power everywhere we (Viewers Corner News team) visit, the language we hear is corruption. No good plan for the future and all what Nigeria as a great country earned in the past under the leadership of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria were shared among themselves and Nigerians are not saying anything about that. Honestly no government anywhere in the world can move forward with such system being practised but now that president Buhari is in control, everything shall be fine, it is just a matter of time because president Buhari and his administration are on the right lane to success.
