Nigerians, especially Elders in the Northern part of the country, should understand that wherever war is fought, things can never be the same again in that region of the country. Therefore, all Nigerians, both at home and abroad, should call President Bola Tinubu to order. Instead of going to war with the Niger Republic, which all ECOWAS states can never win, he should use peaceful means to get things sorted out. The war in the Niger Republic, assuming it happens, will have a devastating effect in Nigeria, especially in the Northern region. Now hear more of our points: if the war happens, the Northern region is going to be the route that all the ECOWAS states will use to access the Niger Republic; perhaps most of their equipment would be stored in the Northern part of Nigeria for easy use, which again would be targeted by the Niger Republic and her allies. Meaning that those Nigerians who are living in that region will be badly affected. Schools may be closed down, activities may not be functioning properly as a result of the war, and there are so many other issues. This is something everyone should be scared about. Again, in this type of war, more dangerous weapons that have not been used before by the manufacturers would be tested there just to know their capacity, thereby causing severe damage to the region and Nigeria as a whole. Hence, the Viewers Corner News team is calling on President Bola Tinubu to use diplomacy to solve the problems, no matter how long it may take. War should not be an option. Ignore those world powers who are asking you to go and fight the Niger Republic; they are doing so for their own selfish gains. They just want to destabilize Nigeria and Africa, which should not be allowed to happen.
