THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND IMF HAS APPROVED ONE BILLION DOLLAR LOAN DISBURSEMENT TO UKRAINE.

The International Monetary Fund has approved $1 billion loan disbursement to Ukraine after a long delay. After two years of war, Ukraine has suffered serious economic decline and IMF has agreed to pump $17.5 billion into the country’s economy in a four-year bailout. The fund ($17.5 billion) according to IMF will be released in installments with the condition that Ukraine government will be making progress on economic and anti-corruption reforms. The program was launched on March 2015 and Ukraine has been waiting for the fund since August 2015 which will help to stabilize the country’s economy.
