Every four years, the people of Imo State are required by law to elect a new governor to office, which is known to everyone in the state. This is in line with the constitution of Nigeria. Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State has been there for almost four years, and his first tenure is about to end. He is appealing to the people of Imo State to re-elect him to office for another four years, which is also his final tenure, because under the constitution of Nigeria, a sitting governor cannot be in office for more than two tenures. Our point is this: the Viewers Corner News team has properly checked the activities of Governor Hope Uzodinma, and we found out that he has not done much for the people of Imo State, considering the federal allocation that he has received so far within the period he has been in office. Therefore, asking the people of Imo State to re-elect him to office means that they are going to face more hardship in the next four years if he is re-elected to office. If they want to re-elect Governor Hope Uzodinma, who is unable to end insecurity and poverty and build infrastructure while at the same time creating jobs for the people of Imo State, then it is left for them to decide.
