THE GOVERNOR OF OGUN STATE (IBIKUNLE AMOSUN) HAS SHOWN A GREAT LEADERSHIP QUALITY AND WHAT IT TAKES TO BE ONE NIGERIA AND SHOULD BE COMMENDED. HE JUST APPOINTED A NONE INDIGENE AS A PERMANENT SECRETARY IN HIS STATE (OGUN STATE).

Normally as a leader who has come to work for the betterment of a state or a country,
your responsibility is to get people you know that can assist your government to build the state or the country where everyone would be happy to live a normal and good life, this is what governance is all about. It does not really matter whether the person is from your state or not as long as both of you can work together to achieve a common goal which would bring benefits and joy to the people of the state or the country, this should be the first quality any leader should look into. Do not appoint someone because is from your state when you know he or she can not deliver nicely. Again appointing people who are not indigenes of the state to work in various states of the country would always bring peace, unity and harmony among the people of the country (Nigeria), therefore the governor of Ogun state (Ibikunle Amosun) has sincerely made a great name for the state (Ogun state) and should be commended for that.

We also plead with other state governors in the country (Nigeria) to emulate the goodwill of Ogun state governor. He is a great man and has shown the spirit of oneness by appointing Mr Ndimele Emmanuel Offor as a permanent secretary in Ogun state.
