Lots of vehicles plying Nigeria roads are not road worthy but still the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) allows them to be running on the roads. Recently, a petrol tanker exploded on Odo-Iyaalaro Bridge, Maryland in Lagos (Nigeria), killing lots of people and wounded many. Our (Viewers Corner News) correspondent in Lagos (Nigeria) who went to the scene of the accident narrated to us that it was an ugly sight which can never be forgotten.
On that note, Viewers Corner News team is pleading with the federal government of Nigeria to kindly look into these areas of road safety by making sure that only vehicles certified fit are allowed to be on Nigeria roads.
