It is a well known fact that President Buhari’s government does not obey the rule of law which is very bad. In a democratic country like Nigeria, such attitude from the department of state services (DSS) is an embarrassment to the country (Nigeria). If it were a military government, such act may be understandable but in a democracy, it is unacceptable. It was an unfortunate situation to see DSS in a court of law acting in such irresponsible manner. Normally, the DSS officials have no right to go into the court to create such disgraceful act by trying to rearrest Mr Omoyele Sowore. When a law court in Nigeria grants bail to anyone, it should be obeyed and respected. The video Viewers Corner News correspondent in Abuja (Nigeria) send to us was shocking, seeing Mr Omoyele Sowore and a man believed to be a DSS officer forcefully trying to hurt him. We (Viewers Corner News team) are appealing to President Buhari to call DSS to order because Viewers Corner News team believe that the DSS is not working alone, they are taking orders from above which as a matter of urgent should be looked into and correct the wrong doings of the security operatives in Nigeria. Again, DSS going into the court room in a democratic country like Nigeria to create such ugly scene says one thing, which is a total disrespect for the constitution of Nigeria which the leadership of President Buhari sworn to uphold. We (Viewers Corner News team) would also use this opportunity to plead with President Buhari to release Mr Sambo Dasuki who has been in prison since 2015. Despite court’s order to let him go, still President Buhari’s government has refused to let him go which is not fair. Please let him go because he (Mr Sambo Dasuki) has suffered enough in detention.
