A top court in Connecticut, United States banning death sentence in the state is a good news for so many reasons, lots of people were executed may be without knowing exactly whether they committed the offence or not. Again nobody in this world has the right to kill anyone no matter the situation because God created us and gave us life as his children. Therefore, Viewers Corner News opposes death sentence as a means of punishment instead it would be better to send the person to a life jail. This in Viewers Corner News opinion is more appropriate, the only thing the United States should do is to channel real educational campaign towards her citizens and also adding this campaign in their school curriculum both in the elementary school up to the college and letting the children know that killing or committing crime of any kind is evil. There has to be real orientation on how the young ones perceive issues generally, this would go a long way in making the children better citizens of the world.
