A man who did not get 25% of the votes in the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja as mandated by the constitution of Nigeria has just been sworn into office as the president of Nigeria. The sad aspect of this is that the judges of the high court who had fixed the hearing of the case brought by various political parties were not found on the day the case was supposed to be heard. What does this tell Nigerians? It showed that the Nigerian judiciary system is a complete joke. Information has it that those judges allegedly collected bribes and refused to come to court on that particular day. Now the lawyers who left their chambers located outside the town where the high court is supposed to be conducting the hearing got disappointed, and they have threatened to sue the judges. The Viewers Corner News team believes that the Nigerian judiciary system is very corrupt, and any Nigerian who has hope in it is wasting his or her time. At this point, we believe that if you have money, you can buy the judges, which is sad. However, a day will come when Nigerians will install a leader who will carry all the people of the country along. So let Nigerians be hopeful; it is well.
