Enugu State Governor

The constitution of Nigeria forbids whoever forges certificates of any sort to be in a position of authority in the country.

The rascality of the election petition tribunal judges in Nigeria is becoming unbearable. The judges abuse and ridicule the constitution of Nigeria as it pleases them. This is unacceptable and should be condemned completely. Look at the judgment delivered by the election petition tribunal in Enugu state concerning the governor, Mr. Peter Mbam, who allegedly forged his NYSC certificate, which is against the law of Nigeria, but the judges at the election petition tribunal in Enugu threw the case away even though the NYSC management told the election petition tribunal that they did not issue the certificate to the governor. In the past, some political office holders were sacked because they forged NYSC certificates, and now a governor who allegedly forged a similar certificate was not sacked. Perhaps some huge sums of money might have done the magic. This is corruption in the highest order. The Viewers Corner News team is hoping and believing that someday a great leader will emerge in Nigeria who will reform the judiciary system of the country and bring into office individuals with outstanding qualities to effectively manage the system as it should be. A situation where the constitution of Nigeria shall be supreme and Nigerians will have their voices heard at all times without any form of intimidation from the government of Nigeria.
