THE BILLIONAIRE BUSINESSMAN, BENY STEINMETZ WAS ARRESTED AND PLACED UNDER HOUSE ARREST OVER ALLEGED BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION IN AFRICA.

Viewers Corner News source in Tel Aviv informed us that Beny Steinmetz (Israeli-born billionaire businessman who resides in Geneva) was arrested and placed under house arrest for two weeks by the Israeli authorities. The 60-year-old Beny Steinmetz was accused of bribery and corruption in Guinea (Africa) which is linked to his mining company, BSG Resources (BSGR). His mining company(BSGR) denied the allegation saying that the investigations were initiated by the government of Guinea with international police organizations in the United States, Britain and Switzerland. Last week, Mahmoud Thiam (Guinea’s ex minister of mines) was arrested in New York on charges that he was involved in bribery payments linked to Guinea’s mining industry. Guinea (a mineral-rich but impoverished country) has suffered corruption for a long time while foreigners trying to exploit its natural resources.
