The bandits in Nigeria especially in the northern part of the country are mocking the military and all the agencies in the country designated to fighting insecurity in Nigeria. The government of Nigeria, based on our findings has put in place several systems on how they can track and arrest anyone who commits a crime. They have all the data of those who are using mobile phones in Nigeria which can easily be tracked. Even up to the banks, which Nigerians are using and how money is moved from one location to another. So the big question here is, why has it been so difficult for the government of Nigeria and the military which the government controls to arrest those bandits who are showcasing their loot on social media? The bandits have mobile phones, so why? We believe that the government of Nigeria is not ready to fight insecurity in Nigeria because if they did, by now the country would have been at peace. We are saying so because the late military leader of Nigeria, Sani Abacha said that any insecurity that lasts for more than 24 hours, the government knows about it. Based on this, the Viewers Corner News team is appealing to the government of Nigeria to devise a more aggressive method on how to eradicate the insecurity in Nigeria, especially in the northern part of the country. Now is the time to get the job done.
