THE 45-YEAR-OLD FILO TIATIA HAS BEEN NAMED THE NEW COACH OF THE JAPANESE SUPER RUGBY (SUNWOLVES).

Filo Tiatia, the 45-year-old former national player for New Zealand has been appointed to coach the Japanese Super Rugby team, Sunwolves. Tiatia signed a two-year contract with the Sunwolves and the Japanese Rugby team had one win, one draw and 13 losses in their inaugural season. Filo Tiatia was Mark Hammett’s assistant last season and had coached Toyota Verblitz in Japan’s Top League.
