Viewers Corner News correspondent got an information that a 36-year-old Texas inmate named Raphael Holiday who was sentenced to death by lethal injection for killing his daughters at East Texas home 15 years ago has been executed. According to our correspondent in Texas, Raphael Holiday was angry that his estranged wife obtained a protective order after his arrest for sexually assaulting one of their daughters. He came to their home and forced his wife’s mother at gunpoint to pour gasoline and ignited the rooms. The fire killed Raphael Holiday’s 18-month-old daughter (Justice) and his two stepdaughters (Tierra Lynch and Jasmine DuPaul, 7 years and 5 years respectively) on September 6, 2000. Raphael Holiday was executed on Wednesday night, November 18, 2015 and he is the 13th convicted killer to be executed this year in Texas which carries out capital punishment more than any other state in U.S. In 2014, Texas carried out 10 executions.
