Now hear this; Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state took some of his associates from the Peoples Democratic Party at the state level and moved them to the All Progressives Congress without due process. After the Federal High Court sacked those members of the Ebonyi House of Assembly, including Speaker Francis Nwifuru, they filed an appeal at the Court of Appeal. Viewers Corner News political affairs correspondent gathered that in the affidavit of facts that the sacked lawmakers swore to, they denied being members of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Now this same speaker, Francis Nwifuru, who is governor David Umahi’s boy, went and bought the governorship form under the platform of the All Progressives Congress as he might have been instructed by his godfather, Governor David Umahi. Governor David Umahi wants to install Speaker Nwifuru as governor of Ebonyi state in 2023 so that he can cover his bad records in the state when he steps down. The Viewers Corner News team is calling on the people of Ebonyi state to discard Governor David Umahi’s candidate (Speaker Francis Nwifuru) and their deceitful system, which will bring more hardship to the people of Ebonyi state. Again, Speaker Nwifuru is not a credible individual. We (Viewers Corner News team) know him and his activities in Ebonyi state very well. Such a man does not have what it takes to be the leader of Ebonyi state. Bringing Speaker Francis Nwifuru to lead Ebonyi state would further plunge the state into severe economic hardship. Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state has turned politics in the state into close associates and family business, which should not have been so.
