Professor Attahiru Jega (ex-INEC boss) is among Nigeria’s finest leaders which is the truth. He speaks when it is necessary and does not talk carelessly. His recent statement concerning the leadership failure of both PDP in the past and the current government of APC is just the truth, but some members of PDP and APC attacked him for saying the truth. In the All Progressives Congress (APC), some of those from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who participated in destroying the economy of Nigeria under the leadership of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan and ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo joined the APC, believing that they would continue their looting exercise in the party as it was when they were in the PDP. But then, everywhere seems too tight for them to operate. The All Progressives Congress (APC) on its own has also failed the people of Nigeria in so many ways, most especially on issues of security and the rights of the people of Nigeria to publicly express their views. Some of those Nigerians who are brave enough to speak out are being attacked by the APC/president Buhari’s led government, which is bad. However, no matter how they try to cover the truth, some courageous Nigerians will continue to say it because the country belongs to everybody and they were also part of those that elected APC/president Buhari’s led government to power. When things are not going the right way, it is the duty of everyone in Nigeria to point it out. Based on this, the Viewers Corner News team applauds Professor Attahiru Jega for speaking the truth. We are also appealing to other Nigerians to always speak out when they see or notice wrong things going on in the country. If you are not speaking out, the government will think that they are doing well, so tell them the truth so that they can correct their mistakes. Again, Nigeria as a country needs leaders with a listening ear, wisdom, and foresight to pull the resources of the country to greatness. Some of these leaders are Professor Yemi Osinbajo (vice president of Nigeria), Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno state, and Professor Kingsley Moghalu (ex-governor of the central bank of Nigeria). Having these great individuals in-charge of the economy of Nigeria, believe it or not, things will change for good. The Viewers Corner News team will continue to promote these great men until the majority of Nigerians both at home and abroad see reasons to accept them as exceptional leaders. We have studied their activities extensively and, without any doubt, they can get the battered economy of Nigeria working better if they are given the opportunity to do so in 2023. We are convinced that if these leaders we mentioned here are in power come 2023, the economic problems of Nigeria would become history, which is the truth.
