Air Peace

Some Nigerians who got visas to travel to Saudi Arabia were denied entry on arrival.

Information reaching Viewers Corner News from our correspondent in Abuja revealed that some Nigerians who boarded Air-Peace, one of Nigeria’s most reliable carriers, carrying about 264 passengers from Nigeria to Saudi Arabia, among these 264 passengers, only a few were allowed entry into the country. Even though all of them had valid visas, they were still refused entry. The Saudi Arabian authorities refusing Nigerians entry into their country was just to humiliate and hurt them. Therefore the Viewers Corner News team is calling on the government of Nigeria to properly investigate this matter because Nigeria and her citizens are now being taken for a ride across the world. This attitude of Saudi Arabia is not right. If you do not want Nigerians to visit your country either on business or to exercise their religious rights, why then did you give them visas? This is an embarrassment to Nigeria and her citizens, which is also not a good image for a country like Saudi Arabia. This brings us to why the Viewers Corner News team will continue to like and applaud General Buhari and the late General Tunde Idiagbon’s military government of the 1980s. If we have such great leaders in power, by now all Saudi Arabian carriers to Nigeria should have been stopped. But when you have a government that came to power through the back door, where most of those government officials are not qualified to be in the positions they occupy, this is exactly what Nigerians should expect. The only people that can solve the problem of Nigeria are Nigerians themselves; this can be done through a peaceful protest by occupying all government offices across the country until the right things are done. We believe that such a time is getting near, considering the severe economic hardships Nigerians are facing at the moment. So those in power who think that Nigerians cannot do anything should be careful and start fixing the economy of Nigeria before it is too late.
