Ghislaine Maxwell

SEX TRAFFICKER GHISLAINE MAXWELL HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY.

Ghislaine Maxwell, the former partner of infamous tycoon Jeffrey Epstein, who was charged with sex trafficking, was found guilty by a federal jury in Manhattan. According to the report, she was convicted of collaborating with Jeffrey Epstein for at least a decade to recruit, groom, and sexually assault minor females. Ghislaine Maxwell faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in jail for the most serious of the charges against her (sex trafficking of minors). Another count could result in a ten-year prison term, while the other three counts might receive five-year terms. Maxwell’s lawyers said that they planned to appeal because the court had not set a sentencing date. The trial was generally seen as the first opportunity for Jeffrey Epstein to face justice after his death in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019 (he committed suicide, according to the medical examiner, while awaiting his sex trafficking prosecution). A year after his death, Ghislaine Maxwell was apprehended. Alison Moe (a prosecutor) told the jury that Ghislaine Maxwell was a cunning predator who understood precisely what she was doing. She misled and groomed her victims for sexual abuse.
