It was reported that several rockets hit residential areas in Kabul (Afghanistan capital), killed at least eight people and wounded 31 others. According to the report, terrorists mounted 14 rockets in a small truck and set them off. Ministry of Interior’s spokesman Tariq Arian said that those injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment. Tariq Arian also said that investigation is on going to find out how the vehicle came inside the city. The explosions damaged cars, shattered windows and made holes in residential homes. A rocket landed near Iranian embassy’s building but there were no casualties among the staff. Recently, attacks have been on increase in Kabul. Earlier this month, gunmen attacked Kabul University campus, killed about 35 students and wounded more than 50 others. The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
