Building Nuclear plant as a source of power supply (electricity) in the country (Nigeria) is a good one but before this project is undertaken, certain conditions would have to be considered because the risk involved in this project is huge assuming the unexpected happens which we pray it does not but then one can not rule out risks. Our (Viewers corner) advice on this is similar to that of senator Shehu Sani from Kaduna state, Nigeria should look through other areas to generate power supply to the country rather than investing on nuclear energy, the money budgeted for this nuclear energy project is more than enough to carry out research and at the same time build real electricity plant in the country. One of the reasons we (Viewers corner) are saying so is that the system where lots of angry dissidents are everywhere causing problems to the citizens of the country, now if such group of people get access to the nuclear facilities assuming, the problems could be very damaging. The federal government of Nigeria should reconsider this aspect of venture properly before investing on it, there are other alternative sources of energy Nigeria can go into with less risk which would give the country constant power supply. All that is required would be to conduct real research to know which one best suit the country (Nigeria) pending when the country’s security system is secured by the federal government of Nigeria.
We would also use this opportunity to thank Shehu Sani from kaduna state for his good works in his senatorial district, he recently distributed sixty units of transformers to communities in his senatorial district (Kaduna) which is nice. We (Viewers corner) are also appealing to other senators in Nigeria to emulate the good works of this gentle man (Senator Shehu Sani) and act accordingly. Please show more concern to the people you are representing because that is what you all are expected to do as leaders from your various constituencies.
