How can Nigeria be good when people like Senator Aliyu Wamakko is a committee vice chairman of Anti corruption and financial crimes in the senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This is a senator according to Viewers Corner News correspondent in Abuja (Nigeria) who the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of Nigeria allegedly traced about 1.7 billion Naira in his private bank account which is believed by most Nigerians to be part of the 15 billion Naira he was accused of embezzling. He (senator Aliyu Wamakko) was the ex-governor of Sokoto state (Nigeria) and was accused of embezzling about 15 billion Naira state money. This is so frustrating to lots of people in Nigeria, most especially the youths who finished university education but could not find job, knowing that a senator who is supposed to be a representative of the people has stolen so much from the treasury of the country (Nigeria) with impunity. Senator Aliyu Wamakko is being investigated by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission of Nigeria, meaning that his case may be thrown into a trash box as he joins those campaigning against corruption in the country (Nigeria). Nigeria as a country needs a very strict leader who would damn the consequences to ensure that those who stole from the treasury of Nigeria are brought to book. President Buhari would have been the only leader for now who we (Viewers Corner New team) trust to carry out such raid against corrupt politicians in the country (Nigeria) but he can no longer perform such task like he did in the 80’s when he was a young military officer, too bad.
