This is a well-known fact that did not start with President Bola Tinubu. The same also happened under the leadership of ex-president Buhari. Meaning that such a system has become the trademark of the All Progressives Congress. Again, ex-president Buhari’s government was worse than President Bola Tinubu’s government. The reason Nigerians did not notice it was that so many loopholes were covered by ex-president Buhari through borrowing money from everywhere he could lay his hands on, so it was difficult for the people of Nigeria to understand the damages he created before he handed over power to President Bola Tinubu, and senator Ali Ndume knew all these but could not speak much about them. Now he is speaking out, most probably because a president from the south is in power. Our findings also revealed that the reason most people from the northern part of Nigeria are not so happy with President Bola Tinubu’s leadership is that President Bola Tinubu is not listening to them. Most people from the northern part of Nigeria believe that President Bola Tinubu should dance to their tune at all times, but now he is doing the opposite; hence, they are complaining and trying to frustrate his government. We are calling on those who are trying to sabotage President Bola Tinubu’s government to stop and allow him to complete his tenure of office. He is just one year in office, so Nigerians should leave him to do his job. Again, when ex-president Buhari was in power, the people from the northern part of Nigeria said that protest was forbidden, so such should be respected. Senator Ali Ndume and his colleagues should leave President Bola Tinubu to manage the affairs of Nigeria the way it pleases him; even if his government appointed thieves and incompetent people to run the affairs of Nigeria, that is his choice, and he has the right to do so because Nigerians elected him to office. Even when it was clear that the Independent National Electoral Commission of Nigeria rigged the 2023 presidential election, still most Nigerians supported and allowed the agency to do so. Therefore, President Bola Tinubu should be left alone to do his job the way it suits him.
