Nigerians should respect the rule of law and put sentiments aside in order to work for a common goal. No matter how close an individual may be to us, let us put Nigeria first and protect it. Now, if you watch very closely, lots of Nigerians are talking of witch hunting most especially this period politicians are being invited to answer queries on corruption. Again, why would anyone say or think that the new government of President Buhari is witch hunting them? This is not true. What the administration of President Buhari is doing right now is for the best interest of the citizens of Nigeria. Therefore, Viewers Corner News is appealing to everyone in Nigeria to support President Buhari’s administration in the fight against corruption because he is the only one since Nigeria gained her independence in 1960 to have worked nicely by putting the interest of all the citizens of Nigeria at heart and working to better their lives which no administration has ever done. If we look at all the politicians who ruled Nigeria in the past before President Buhari took over the leadership of Nigeria, no one has ever done a good job like him. Few months ago, thirteen retired Nigerian military generals agreed to return about one trillion naira they stole from Nigerian treasury. If President Buhari did not come in as the President of Nigeria, such huge amount of money would have gone to their private pockets as usual. Now others are beginning to return the money they stole as well, so this is a plus to President Buhari’s administration. Therefore, all we need is time and everything will be alright in the country.
Again, senate leader, Bukola Saraki facing charges for an alleged false declaration of assets, the good news now in the country is that some of the untouchables and big names are scared and looking for ways to quietly return the money they stole from the Nigerian treasury.
