Reckitt Benckiser West Africa, a consumer goods company plans to invest about 1.2 billion naira in Nigeria in order assist the country in the fight against diarrhea. The good news was made known by Rahul Murgai, the Managing Director of Reckitt Benckiser West Africa when his company paid a courtesy call recently to Nigerian Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo. Mr. Rahul Murgai said that Reckitt Benckiser West Africa plans to invest about 7.2 billion naira in three countries in Africa and Nigeria will get a share of about 1.2 billion naira to support the country in the fight against diarrhea. According to him, “his company’s objective is to promote the culture of health and good hygiene and by doing so, Reckitt Benckiser West Africa believes that a healthier and more prosperous Nigeria can be built”.
