President Faure Gnassingbe of Togo and the time he was supposed to leave office have ended according to the constitution of Togo, but because of President Faure Gnassingbe’s quest for power, he manipulated other members of parliament to change the constitution of Togo. His political party has a majority in the House, so they voted to have a parliamentary system where the parliament would be the one to elect the president of the country. As a result of this manipulative arrangement, he became the president of Togo for another term, and it is more likely that President Faure Gnassingbe is not going to leave office anytime soon. He is going to dominate the presidency of Togo, like Eyadema’s family did, which is bad. Again, those who would have challenged President Faure Gnassingbe of Togo and his evil agendas have been taken out of the system by his criminal gangs. The Viewers Corner News team calls President Faure Gnassingbe of Togo a democratic dictator because of his evil plans in the country. He is also a Western puppet and does whatever they ask him to do, as long as it benefits the West. There are so many leaders like him in Africa; hence, the continent of Africa cannot move forward.
