PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP OF UNITED STATES HAS BEEN NOMINATED BY NORWEGIAN LAW MAKER FOR 2021 NOBEL PEACE PRIZE.

A member of the Norwegian Parliament for the far-right Progress Party, Christian Tybring-Gjedde has nominated President Donald Trump on Wednesday for 2021 Nobel Peace Prize. Christian Tybring-Gjedde who said that President Trump meets the criteria, stated that he nominated President Trump for the prize because of his efforts to bring peace between Israel and United Arab Emirates. He also said that President Trump’s effort for a peace agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Israel would open up for possible peace in the Middle East. Last month, Israel and the United Arab Emirates agreed to normalise relations and the agreement would be signed at a White House ceremony on 15 September 2020. Ex president Barack Obama was honoured by the Norwegian committee for his commitment to seek peace and security of the world without nuclear weapons.
