PRESIDENT BUHARI REMOVING THE TENURE POLICY OF THE CIVIL SERVICE IN NIGERIA IS A GOOD ONE.

At least for now, the permanent Secretaries and Directors of various ministries in the country (Nigeria) would no longer be retired after the four and eight years tenure respectively, this is a welcome news. Viewers Corner News and the advisory team would use this opportunity to appeal to president Buhari’s administration to look into other areas of development in the country (Nigeria) because the people of Nigeria are in pains as a result of hard economic situation of the country (Nigeria). No form of financial support for the people, even the pensioners are not being paid regularly and these are Seniors who deserve the best from their government. Honestly these are serious issues that need urgent attention which is affecting everyone in the country in a very terrible manner. Viewers Corner News and the Advisory team findings also revealed that some companies that were functioning before president Buhari came to power have closed down because of some government policies and their workers sacked without any benefits. Most of these sacked workers served for many years in their various capacities within the company before it was closed down, please president Buhari  kindly review your economic packages and inject funds into the economy of the country (Nigeria) so that people can go back to work.
Another important suggestion from Viewers Corner News and Advisory team is this, if possible let every company in Nigeria have an EMPLOYER’S INSURANCE POLICY for every worker, this policy would be paid for by the companies for their workers assuming the unexpected happens so that the workers would have something to fall back on. This is different from the pension one gets when he or she retires from active service, government should however supervise this program. We shall give more lectures on this aspect in the near future most especially if the government shows interest, we (Viewers Corner News and the Advisory Team) are saying this because we would like to see the citizens of Nigeria get out of hunger/poverty as quickly as possible. All these programs are possible only if carefully planning and implementation are carried out and it does not cost much to implement this policy. We are concern citizens and care so much about the welfare of people worldwide.
