If President Bola Tinubu had done his homework properly, the first thing he would have done would have been to engage the youths of Nigeria, who are in the majority in the country. First, by creating opportunities that would give them hope to move into various fields of endeavours, instead, President Bola Tinubu started budgeting billions of naira to those lawmakers at the National Assembly of Nigeria who are already living well. This means that the youth of Nigeria are not so important to him. Right now, he is asking the youths of Nigeria to be patient as he is promising to make loans available to them through a Microfinance bank. This is not how a government should operate. Again, President Bola Tinubu’s removal of the fuel subsidy without planning for an alternative means has brought hardship to all Nigerians, which is so sad. There are other things that President Bola Tinubu has done in his first two months in office that should not have been carried out. However, we shall speak more on this issue after the election petition tribunal has given its final judgment on who truly won the presidential election held on February 25, 2023.
