Majority of those delegates who participated in Peoples Democratic Party convention in Porthacourt (Rivers state, Nigeria) are individuals Nigerians can not trust. They are very selfish, very corrupt and do not have the interest of the ordinary Nigerians at heart. Their main purpose at that convention was purely business which led them into striking a deal with Mr Atiku Abubakar who is now the Peoples Democratic Party presidential flag bearer. He (Mr Atiku Abubakar) did not win the presidential primary on merit but because of the amount of money he was able to offer to the delegates at the convention, while other aspirants with less money to share lost. After our (Viewers Corner News team) findings which was very comprehensive, we concluded that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria can never change from their corrupt ways and a vote for Peoples Democratic Party of Nigeria is a wasted effort.
Again those members of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria who bought their ways are not coming to work for the masses of the country (Nigeria) but for their selfish interest, hence we (Viewers Corner News team) are pleading with voters in Nigeria to kindly have a second thought before casting their votes for any candidate.
Another interesting and funny aspect during the PDP convention was that those PDP delegates from Ebonyi state (Nigeria) who would have gotten equal share of the money like other delegates from other PDP states across the country (Nigeria) had their own share of the money hijacked by governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state based on our (Viewers Corner News team) findings. Governor David Umahi allegedly collected the money on behalf of Ebonyi state delegates and said he was going to give it to them after the convention. In our (Viewers Corner News team) calculation each delegate would have received atleast a sum of 3 million Naira ($9000) each but governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state (Nigeria) and his brother Austin Umahi (the South East Vice-Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party) allegedly played a fast one on those delegates instead of giving the delegates the actual amount of money which those corrupt PDP aspirants shared at the convention in Portharcourt (Rivers state, Nigeria). Governor David Umahi allegedly gave only twenty thousand Naira to each delegate from Ebonyi state (Nigeria) which is now causing problems in the state. Most of these Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegates from Ebonyi state we (Viewers Corner News team) spoke with are not happy with governor David Umahi and his brother for shortchanging them.
We (Viewers Corner News team) ask the people of Ebonyi state and Nigerians in general; would this group of corrupt politicians give you all what you really need if they are giving the opportunity to lead the country (Nigeria)? The answer is NO, these are desperate politicians who are only interested in acquiring wealth for themselves and their families. Most of them if not all have their children in the best schools abroad using money belonging to the Nigerian public to finance their personal projects.
We (Viewers Corner News team) shall continue to educate Nigerians on the way forward, vote for integrity, vote for a politician who can carry everyone along. No sentiment, vote for who would create infrastructures that could enable all the people of Nigeria live a comfortable life. Do not sell your vote, the moment you do so, you lost your God given right to make it great for yourself and your family. Please vote wisely.
