Peoples Democratic Party of Nigeria has not been stable since the APC defeated them and took over the affairs of the country (Nigeria) last year (2015). It has been from one problem to the other as a result of leadership tussles hitting the party (P.D.P) and no one among them wants to step down for the other. All these tell us only but one thing which is greed, corruption and I must be the president of Nigeria kind of attitude. These are individuals with questionable characters and are not there for the people but only for their own selfish interest, they want to come to power again to start looting from where they stopped. Look at the economy of Nigeria today that has been ruined as a result of 16 years of wrong (P.D.P) leadership and up till now getting their acts together so that they could form a formidable opposition in the country (Nigeria) is a huge problem for the Peoples Democratic Party (P.D.P). How can these group of people be trusted with the affairs of the country (Nigeria) again when they can not discipline themselves properly? The problems of Nigeria today was created by them after running the country for 16 years.
We advise the elders in P.D.P to stay aside and be the elder statesmen that they are in order to allow the younger ones lead the political party and possibly stand for elections in the country. This is the only way normalcy may come back to the party (P.D.P), if they want to honestly win any election in the near future. If not they would be an opposition for a longer period of time because what they did in the past may come back in people’s mind as a reminder in subsequent elections in the country (Nigeria) therefore now is the time to do the right thing because tomorrow may be too late.
