OVER TWENTY PEOPLE WERE REPORTEDLY KILLED IN A STAMPEDE AS NIGERIAN REFUGEES RUSHED TO GET FOOD AND CLOTHES.

Our (Viewers Corner News) correspondent in Maiduguri reported that over 20 people lost their lives in a stampede on Monday when Nigerian refugees rushed to get food and clothes in the town of Diffa (a community center over the border in Niger). The community houses about 250,000 displaced people who fled Boko Haram Islamist militants’ attacks and other armed groups in northeast Nigeria. For a decade, Boko Haram terrorist organization has killed thousands while millions of people displaced in northeast Nigeria and neighboring Chad, Niger and Cameroon.
